Since 2000, Development Through Change has helped organisations large and small to achieve more. Based in Northamptonshire, we deliver training events and courses around the UK and throughout Europe to private and public sector businesses of all sizes.

So what makes us different from other training providers and consultancy services? Development Through Change founder Brian Perry knows the importance of understanding what separates the good from the great: “If you want your organisation to fulfil its potential, you need to understand why some organisations succeed where others fail, why some leaders motivate and inspire where others flounder.”
